Spare Parts Availability for Portable Lighting

Litenza Sales TeamJun 26, 20264 min read

A unit with a single damaged or degraded component shouldn't need a full replacement if the part itself is available separately. Here's what's generally sourceable as a standalone part.

Battery Packs

Battery packs are the most commonly replaced component over a unit's working life, and every Litenza product uses a swappable pack design specifically so a degraded or damaged pack can be replaced without replacing the light unit itself. See our battery lifecycle guide for when replacement typically becomes worthwhile.

Chargers

Chargers are supplied as part of the standard kit and are available separately if one is lost, damaged, or a second unit is needed for a fleet running more packs than chargers.

AC Drivers and Power Accessories

For AC-capable models like the LI-500, the AC driver is available as a standalone accessory if it wasn't part of your original kit, or if a spare is needed for a fleet running both battery and mains deployments.

What's Typically Not a Standalone Spare

Structural components — the mast assembly, chassis, or light head itself — are less commonly stocked as standalone spares, since damage to these is less frequent and usually indicates a repair-and-inspection situation rather than a simple swap. These go through Service & RMA for assessment.

How to Request a Spare Part

Contact us through Service & RMA with your product model and what's needed — for warranty-period units, confirm whether the part is covered before ordering separately. Have your unit's model and, if available, purchase date on hand to speed up the request.
