What the Standard Warranty Already Covers

Every Litenza product ships with a 1 year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects in the light unit, battery packs, and charger. What an AMC Typically Adds

An AMC generally covers scheduled preventive maintenance, faster response times, and sometimes wear-and-tear items not covered by a standard defect warranty — valuable for fleets where downtime has a real operational cost, like continuous shutdown or multi-site operations running several units simultaneously.

When It's Worth Considering

• Running multiple units where even one going down mid-project has real cost
• Sites in harsher operating conditions (dust, vibration, continuous outdoor exposure) where wear accelerates
• Projects long enough that the standard 1-year warranty period may not cover the full deployment

When Pay-As-You-Go Makes More Sense

For a single unit, lighter-duty use, or a project shorter than the standard warranty period, the standard warranty plus on-demand service requests through Service & RMA is often sufficient without the added cost of a contract.

Extended Warranty as a Middle Ground

Extended warranty coverage beyond the standard 1 year is available as a purchase option at the time of order — a lighter commitment than a full AMC, worth asking about if your project timeline exceeds a year but doesn't need the faster-response guarantees of a full service contract.
